It started with a single desk, a phone, and an unshakeable conviction that Bandra's real estate market deserved better. Founder Arjun Nair had spent years watching families struggle through opaque transactions, misleading listings, and indifferent agents.

So in 2010, he opened Bandra & Beyond — with a radical commitment to transparency, personal service, and honest expertise. The first year was humble. By 2015, we were the most recommended agency in Bandra West. Today, we operate across five premium Mumbai neighbourhoods with a team of 24 dedicated professionals.
